It all starts with understanding.

Understanding that each audience speaks their own language.

Understanding the message you want to convey.

Understanding the tone of voice you need to use to get your message across.

  • Document translation

Is it a short brochure you need translated? Does your business have Hungarian-speaking customers? Do you want to send your company newsletter to your Hungary-based employees? Do you have a survey or market research materials to translate?

Depending on their purpose, I can help with the translation of your documents both for your internal company audience and for external distribution. If your written material is intended for publication, I will also involve a trusted proof-reading partner, as a standard practice.

  • Localisation

Would you like to localise your content? A website or a webshop? Need help with software localisation? Or maybe some e-learning material for your employees?

Localisation goes further than just translation. It might include checking and adapting graphics, adopting local currencies, using different date and time formats, addresses, and phone numbers applicable to the location. During the process, cultural references and sensitivities should also be considered, so that participation in the local market is as successful as possible.

  • Subtitle translation

In the past few years I have translated subtitles for translation agencies and media companies. My projects have included films (comedies, family movies, and documentaries), US comedy series, Japanese anime series, and a Korean variety show series.

I am qualified to help with a wide range of projects, including internal business communications, training materials, reports, and much more. Contact me at angela[at]en2hutranslator.com or +44 7 98488 0403 to discuss what you need!
